This Privacy Policy governs the processing of personal data collected through the website arete-artists.com and in the context of professional communications with ARETÉ ARTISTS, in accordance with Law 29/2021, of 28 October, Qualified Law on Personal Data Protection of the Principality of Andorra, as amended, and its implementing regulations.

In the case of artists, collaborators, promoters, venues, orchestras, festivals, suppliers or other professional contacts, ARETÉ ARTISTS may process the data necessary to properly manage the corresponding artistic, contractual, administrative, logistical, promotional or commercial relationship.

Personal data relating to contractual, artistic, administrative, accounting or billing relationships will be retained for as long as the relationship remains in force and, thereafter, for the periods required by applicable law and until any potential liabilities have expired.
Data processed for professional communications, newsletters or artistic updates will be retained until the user withdraws consent, requests deletion or objects to the processing, where applicable.
Data relating to specific artistic projects, engagements, events, tours or productions will be retained for the duration of the project and, thereafter, for the period necessary to address any legal, contractual, tax, accounting or professional responsibilities arising from it.
When the data is no longer necessary, it will be securely deleted or anonymised.

ARETÉ ARTISTS adopts reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, alteration, unauthorised access, misuse, disclosure or destruction.
