Ana Albiol
Performance State Coach

Ana Albiol works with Areté artists on one of the most essential — and often overlooked — aspects of performance: the state from which they step on stage. With a background in coaching, NLP and Ericksonian hypnosis, she helps artists regulate pressure, quiet mental noise and intentionally access the internal state they need to perform at their best. Her work combines individual coaching, backstage preparation, visualisation, somatic anchoring and tailored audio practices, supporting artists before, during and after key performances. At the heart of her work is a simple idea: “you cannot always control what the stage asks of you, but you can train the state from which you perform.”
